Emerald Triangle Television (ETTV) was born out of founder Chad Rea’s experience as a burn patient who used cannabis to recover from his severe injuries. Because of that experience, cannabis became a driving force in his life. In 2000, Chad attended a NORML conference armed with a single Nikon Coolpix camera. He discovered a burgeoning cannabis movement growing by the day- one not receiving much media coverage.
